How do I book a date?

What if I need to cancel or change my date?

If your plans change, we can move your booking to a new date subject to availability — just talk to us early. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation, but if we ever fail to deliver through our own fault, you get every euro back in full.

What if something goes wrong technically at the event?

Two experienced operators stay next to the booth at all times and check everything before the start. And you have it in writing: if we fail to deliver through our own fault, everything you've paid is refunded in full.

What if some guests don't want to be filmed?

No problem at all — taking part is entirely optional and each guest decides for themselves. Videos go only to the people who took part and to your event's private gallery; nothing is ever published without your permission.

Can we extend the hours on the day of the event?

Usually yes! If the party runs long, just ask the operators on the spot — as long as the team's schedule allows it, we keep going for as long as you like.

How early should I book?

Popular dates — especially Saturdays from May to September — often book out 3 to 6 months ahead. The availability check is free with no commitment, so it's worth doing early; the date only locks with the deposit.

Does the venue need internet?

No — we bring our own connection for instant delivery to phones. If the venue has no signal at all, guests receive their videos automatically as soon as a connection is available, and everything goes to your online gallery regardless.
